Appointment Policy

Mesa Dental has respect for every patient’s time and we kindly request the same consideration. Please be courteous and call our office promptly should you need to change your appointment. This will enable us to treat another patient in a timely manner. 

We request a minimum of two (2) business days’ (Monday-Thursday) notice to change appointments. Inadequate notice may result in a late change of appointment fee.


We provide multiple courtesy reminders for upcoming appointments.  Please let us know how you wish to be contacted. We utilize text and email messaging, and personal phone calls are provided upon request.


As a courtesy, our office will gladly submit claims to your dental insurance plan. We can bill to all traditional, indemnity and PPO insurance plans. We do not accept DMO (Dental Maintenance Organization). Under these plans, there is no coverage when treatment is rendered by a non-participating dentist.

For patients without insurance, we offer an in-house Smile Protection Plan. Please contact our office for details.


Financial Policy

We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment of your estimated portion is due at the time services are rendered. For those patient’s needing a payment plan, we utilize CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that offers deferred interest. For information please visit their website at
